© 2021 Strange Loop
Strange Loop's opportunity grant program has provided support to members of underrepresented groups who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Strange Loop for financial reasons. In 2015-2019, the grant program allowed more than 100 people each year to attend Strange Loop who would not have otherwise been able to attend, underlining our commitment to equal access and diversity.
This year, we are again partnering with Project Alloy to provide these grants. Project Alloy is creating a program to send people from underrepresented groups in tech to technical conferences. This means that donations to the grant program are tax-deductible.
Applications are now closed. Notices have been sent out for the 2021 program.
We need your help! If you are interested in supporting the grant program, you may do so through Project Alloy. Any amount helps. If you sponsor at one of the levels listed below, you will also be listed as a Strange Loop Opportunity Grant sponsor. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to create a sponsorship or email@example.com if you have any questions.
Donations are tax-deductible. Alloy Alliance is a registered California corporation (#C3932094), with US 501(c)(3) status under EIN 81-3486084.
If you would like to make a big impact on the program with company support, please see the sponsorship prospectus for full details on becoming a grant sponsor!
